Hema Mehra is inspired by Ravenyard’s approach of working on both the professional and personal sides of crisis. As a seasoned executive and coach, she knows the importance of working on the business and human levels to achieve success.

Hema is a respected strategist and skilled facilitator, known for her capacity to simplify complex and high stakes problems into straightforward, easily implementable solutions.

Her 20+ year career spans multiple industries and functions, including management consulting, product marketing, and HR. Thanks to this diverse experience, she can quickly understand business and organizational patterns from multiple lenses, and glean the best ways forward while avoiding common pitfalls.

Hema is also an ICF certified coach and 200-RYT yoga teacher who can help clients connect to the knowledge of their bodies through somatic practices. She can hold space for clients’ fears and grief. She listens deeply to everyone, and leads conversations with compassion and empathy.

Hema holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
